    We place the liquid milk or water, oil, powdered milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and instant coffee (optional) into the blender.

    We blend the ingredients well until smooth and combined.

    We take one cup of the prepared mixture and set it aside to use later as sauce.

    We add the eggs, vanilla, and white vinegar to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend well.

    In a separate bowl, we mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

    We gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring until we get a smooth batter.

    We pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
