- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
- 10SlicesSmoked Turkish cheese
- 2To TasteMozzarella
- 3Psc.eggs
- 2CupFlour
- 2CupBread crumbs

Flatten the chicken breasts by gently pounding them until they become thin.

Place the chicken on plastic wrap and season both sides with onion powder, salt, and white pepper.

Place a slice of smoked turkey and a slice of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) on each chicken breast, then roll the chicken around the filling, making sure to seal it well.

Place the stuffed chicken in the freezer for one hour.

In three separate dishes, place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs in the third. Dip each piece of chicken first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy on the outside, then let them drain on paper towels.
