Ingredients
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Wheat Germ Flour
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Organic plant-based yeast
- 300Cupwater
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1PinchSalt
Steps

Mix all ingredients together and knead for 10 minutes. Then divide the dough into two balls and leave them to rest for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.

Brush the surface with a mixture of olive oil and butter, then roll out the dough and brush the top with the mixture. Fold it into 3-4 layers, brushing each layer.

Roll the dough into a log and tuck the end underneath.

Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate it for the next day.

Roll out the dough, brush the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds or black cumin. Let it rise for 25-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 230°C during this time.

Place the dough in the preheated oven at 230°C and bake for about 20 minutes.

You can bake it on a stone or in any baking tray as preferred.
