Ingredients

  • 250Kilograms (kg)Knafeh
  • 50Grams (g) Butter
  • 250Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1To TasteSyrup
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    Grease the tray with ghee

    Cut the kunafa dough, put ghee on it and rub it well

    Spread the first layer of kunafa in the mold and then press it as shown in the video

    Add the filling, you can use sweet white cheese or cream cheese

    Add another layer of kunafa

    Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (380°F) for 15-20 minutes or until browned on the bottom.

    Fry until golden brown on top

    Fill the balls with syrup and garnish with pistachios or any kind of nuts.
