Ingredients

  • 2Psc.Potato
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 50Grams (g) Butter
  • 1To TasteMozzarella
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

Steps

    Bake the potatoes in the oven or air fryer at 190°C for about 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add a little water at the bottom of the air fryer to prevent burning.

    Meanwhile, prepare the filling by heating 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan.

    Slice the chicken breasts and mushrooms into strips

    Add the sliced chicken and stir until its color changes

    Season with salt and white pepper and let it cook.

    Add the chopped mushrooms and stir until they soften and cook through.

    Pour in the cooking cream, let it boil for a few seconds, then turn off the heat.

    Once the potatoes are done, cut them lengthwise and add butter inside. Lightly mash the potato flesh.

    Add a little mozzarella cheese and continue mashing until the cheese melts into the potatoes.

    Stuff the potatoes with the creamy chicken mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese.

    Place them back in the oven under the broiler or in the air fryer for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden.
