KIBBEH LABANIEH
Ingredients

- 1PinchSalt
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 2CupOlive oil
- 0.5PinchMinced Coriander
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 12Psc.Frozen Kibbeh

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the kibbeh balls on a baking tray, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy.

In a large pot, combine the yogurt, salt, and egg. Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and cohesive.

Place the pot over medium-high heat and stir continuously for about 10 minutes until small bubbles start to appear on the sides. (It’s important not to stop stirring to prevent the yogurt from splitting.)

In a small pan, sauté the minced garlic and chopped coriander in the butter and olive oil for a few minutes until fragrant and softened, then set aside.

For serving, pour the cooked yogurt into a deep serving dish, add the baked kibbeh balls, and spoon the garlic-coriander mixture on top.

Serve hot or cold, preferably with white rice on the side.
