  • 0.5PinchMinced Coriander
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Lemon Adalia
  • 1Psc.Lemon zest
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 0.5PinchSalt
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Barbecue Marinade
  • 4BunchBasil

Steps

    Place the red bell pepper, bell pepper, garlic, onion, cilantro, basil, lime zest and lime juice in a food processor

    Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt, paprika, thyme, barbecue seasoning and sugar

    Mix the ingredients well in a food processor until combined.

    Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes until cooked through.

    Grind the pepper paste using a hand blender until smooth

    Let the mixture sit for another 5 minutes

    Pour the mixture into jars or bags suitable for storage
