    After resting, divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

    Cover the dough balls with a towel and let them rest for an additional 15 minutes.

    Roll out each ball into a thin round using a rolling pin.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, and cook each round on both sides until puffed and lightly golden.

    Immediately cover the cooked bread to keep it soft.
