We mix the meat well and shape it into long fingers or balls.

We put them in the fridge while we prepare the vegetables.

Prepare the vegetables and add salt and olive oil to them.

We place them in a baking tray covered with aluminum foil and parchment paper at a temperature of 180 degrees (for 15-20 minutes) until they soften and the aroma of grilling wafts through.

We chop the roasted vegetables, mix them well, and spread them out in a baking tray.

We arrange the meat on top of the vegetables and put them in the oven to cook the meat.

In a bowl, we put the sugar, yeast, and water, and mix well, then we place it in a warm spot for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, we put the flour, oil, and yeast mixture, and we knead by hand until we get a soft and cohesive dough.

We cover the dough with a clean towel and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

We spread the dough over the meatball tray and brush it with a mixture of (egg yolk - a spoonful of milk) and decorate it with black seeds and sesame.
