Steps

    We cook the onions in oil, then add the garlic, pepper, and tomatoes. We add the whole and ground spices, then let them cook together for 5 minutes.

    We add tomato paste and also chicken broth.

    We wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.

    I drained it and added it to the pot until it was cooked.

    I poured the rice and chicken and garnished them with fried almonds, hot pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
