We wash 4 cups of fine bulgur, drain it, then add 4 cups of water and cover it until it softens

Once the bulgur absorbs all the water, we add 2 chopped onions and 400 grams of lean beef.

We grind the meat and bulgur together using a meat grinder.

We season the dough with salt, pepper, and cumin.

We add 3 teaspoons of cornstarch to the dough

If the dough sticks, we gradually add fine bulgur until we achieve the desired consistency.

If the dough is dry, we add a little cold water while kneading.

We chop 500 grams of onions finely.

We add a small cup of oil to a pot, then sauté the chopped onions.

We add 500 grams of minced lamb and cook it with the onions.
