Ingredients

- 1Psc.Potato
- 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
- 600Grams (g) Ground meat
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Psc.Onion
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

Boil the quinoa until fully cooked.

Boil the potato until tender

Add the boiled potato, ½ cup of minced meat, salt, and pepper to the quinoa.

Blend the mixture in a food processor until well combined.

Gradually add the cornstarch until you get a dough that can be spread—add more starch if the dough is too soft.

Grease a baking tray with ghee.

Spread half of the quinoa dough evenly in the bottom of the tray. To prevent sticking, wet your hands with cold water.

We chop a medium onion and sauté it in a pan with a little ghee

Add the minced meat, salt, and pepper, and stir the mixture until the filling is fully cooked.

Cover the filling with the remaining quinoa dough and grease the top with ghee.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes until golden.
