We add the oil and finely chopped onions to a pan with a pinch of salt and sauté until the onions soften.

We add the minced meat to the pan and stir until it changes color and its liquid evaporates.

We add salt, seven spices, and black pepper to the mixture and stir well until the flavors blend.

We add the shelled green fava beans and stir them with the meat until they slightly soften.

We add one cup of water and let the mixture cook over medium heat until the beans are fully cooked and most of the liquid evaporates.

We add the chopped dill, stir briefly, then set the filling aside to cool.

In another pot, place the washed and soaked rice with salt, turmeric, and 4 cups of water.

We cook the rice over high heat until the water evaporates, then reduce the heat and let it steam until soft and fully cooked.

We knead the cooked rice until it becomes a smooth, cohesive dough, then cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.

We wet our hands with a little water, take a piece of the rice dough, and shape it into a hollow shell.

We fill it with the meat and green bean mixture, then seal it well and shape it into an oval.
