  • 0.5Grams (g) Liver
  • 6ClovesGarlic
  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1Psc.Green chili pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
  • 0.5Psc.Lemon juice

Steps

    Add garlic, bell pepper, chili (if using), salt, cumin, coriander, vinegar, and lemon juice to a food processor.

    Blend until a smooth marinade forms.

    In a very hot pan, add oil and ghee.

    Add half the marinade and sauté briefly.

    Add the liver and stir gently (avoid overmixing).

    Add the rest of the marinade over the liver.

    Cook for no more than 10 minutes.
