Steps

    Mix the minced meat with parsley, minced onion, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, kneading well until the mixture is firm.

    We put a little water on our hands and then shape the mixture into fingers, then place them on a tray.

    Heat a pan and add a little ghee

    Place the kebabs in the pan and let them cook for two minutes without flipping.

    After two minutes, flip the kebabs and add the onions, tomatoes, and peppers. Cook until fully done.

    Prepare the bread by placing it on a plate and adding red pepper paste, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses.

    We put chopped parsley, sliced onions, a little salt and the juice of half a lemon on top of the bread.

    Add the kebabs and French fries, and pour the pomegranate molasses over all.
