Ingredients

- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 2Psc.Onion
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
- 2Liters (L)Tomato juice

Sprinkle black pepper and a little salt on the ground meat.

Shape the ground meat into small balls.

Add a tablespoon of butter to a pan over heat.

Brown the meatballs in the butter for 5 minutes until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

Cut the onion into slices and the chili pepper into small pieces

Add the sliced onion to the pan and stir until softened.

Add two minced garlic cloves and a bit of hot pepper to the onions.

Add one tablespoon of tomato paste and half a tablespoon of red pepper paste.

Stir the ingredients well to combine the flavors.

Pour in 2 kilograms of blended tomatoes.

Lower the heat and add salt and black pepper to taste.
