In a bowl, add the warm milk, yeast, and sugar, and mix them well. Cover the pot and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, add the egg and vegetable oil.

After that, add the egg mixture to the yeast and mix them well. Then, in another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, add the egg and yeast mixture to the bowl, and start kneading. The dough might be sticky; in this case, you can add a little flour, but make sure the dough remains soft.

Get a clean plate and put a little oil in it. Put the dough in the dish, cover it, and let it rest for a full hour.

After the hour of rest, you can fill the dough with any filling you prefer or leave it unfilled. Brush the surface of the dough with the egg and milk mixture, then sprinkle sesame seeds and black pepper on top.
