In a large bowl, place the eggs at room temperature.

Add the sugar and the vanilla packet, then start whisking the ingredients together until the volume doubles and the mixture turns white (whisk for about 5 to 7 minutes).

After that, add a cup of oil and a cup of milk (which should also be at room temperature).

Then add 2.5 cups of flour and a packet of baking powder. It is preferable to sift the flour before adding it.

Start mixing the ingredients with your hands and in one direction, and avoid using an electric mixer to keep the air in the cake.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Grease the cake molds with butter, then divide the mixture in half.

Leave half of the mixture with vanilla flavor, and add cocoa to the other half to prepare a chocolate cake.

Turn on the oven from the top and bottom. If it doesn't work from the top, you can just heat it from the bottom.

Leave the cake in the oven for 40 minutes until it is cooked and turns into a wonderful cake.
