Ingredients

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried herbs
  • 1Psc.Rosemary
  • 1PinchThyme
  • 3CupOlive oil
  • 2CupMinced parsley
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1.5Grams (g) Butter

Steps

    Place rosemary and thyme in ice cube trays.

    Pour olive oil over the herbs to cover them completely, then freeze.

    In a separate bowl, whip the butter until soft.

    Add chopped parsley and minced garlic to the butter, and mix well.
