Honey Chili Chicken

- 1Grams (g) Butter

Prepare the dressing by combining the yogurt with two cloves of minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder

Add the thyme, chicken seasoning and 1 tablespoon of white honey and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Make small slits in the chicken drumsticks using a sharp knife to allow the marinade to penetrate.

Place the drumsticks in the marinade, ensuring they are coated well

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.

Preheat the oven, stack the drumsticks on a tray and roast until cooked and browned

Cut the red pepper and the green part of the green onion into small cubes

Prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a skillet, then add two cloves of minced garlic and green onion leaves and stir.

Add the soy sauce and honeycomb to the skillet and stir until the mixture is smooth.

Add the red pepper and cilantro and stir them into the sauce until ready.

After removing the drumsticks from the oven, brush them generously with the sauce while they are still hot, and serve immediately
