  • 400Grams (g) Greek yogurt
  • 0.5PinchSalt

    Pour Greek yogurt into a bowl

    Add some salt into the yogurt

    Stir the yogurt and salt together

    Place the yogurt mixture onto a cheesecloth

  5. 5

    Wrap the yogurt in the cheesecloth

    Tie the cheesecloth and place it in a pitcher overnight

  7. 7

    After 24 hours, squeeze out excess liquid

  8. 8

    Remove labneh from the cheesecloth and place in a bowl
