Ingredients

  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 4Cupwater
  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Ground mastic
  • 1CupSugar
  • 300To TasteMozzarella
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 100Grams (g) Unsalted mozzarella
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio

Steps

    In a pot, mix rice flour, sugar, and cornstarch.

    Add water and stir until the starch completely dissolves.

    Put the mixture on the fire and keep stirring.

    Add the mastic with a little sugar and a quantity of rose water to the boiling mixture and continue stirring until it thickens.

    Add the grated mozzarella cheese and continue stirring over medium heat until the mixture thickens.

    Pour the mixture into a Pyrex dish and spread it evenly.

    Sprinkle pistachios on top and put it in the fridge for a while.
