Ingredients

  • 3Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 2PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
  • 1.5Teaspoons (tsp)Smoked paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chicken spices
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 2CupMolasses

Steps

    Remove the back of the chicken breasts as shown in the video

    Clean and dry the chicken with paper towels.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, za'atar, smoked paprika, chicken spices, olive oil, and black honey.

    Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.

    Wrap each chicken breast individually in butter paper and then in aluminum foil.

    Place the foil-wrapped chicken breasts in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes

    After 30 minutes, remove the chicken breasts, unwrap them, and place them back into the air fryer for another 15 minutes at the same temperature to brown them.

    Once the chicken has cooled, refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Then, slice and serve.
