Ingredients

  • 120Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.75CupBrown sugar
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
  • 1CupFlour
  • 0.25CupDark cocoa powder
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 0.5Grams (g) Dark chocolate chips
  • 6Teaspoons (tsp)Hazelnut cream

    Scoop small balls of hazelnut cream onto parchment paper and freeze for 2–3 hours.

    Mix softened butter with brown sugar until creamy.

    Add white sugar and mix until combined.

    Add egg, vanilla, and coffee, then mix until smooth.

    Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until a dough forms.

    Fold in dark chocolate chips, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.

    Take a dough ball, flatten it, place a frozen hazelnut cream ball inside, and seal it.

    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 13–14 minutes.
