Steps

    We season the hammour with salt, coriander, and cumin, then let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

    We coat the hammour with flour and fry it in deep oil until it is fully cooked.

    We heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, then add one tablespoon of flour, followed by ½ cup of lemon juice and 1 cup of cream.

    We add a bunch of dill, ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt and black pepper, then stir the mixture well.

    We pour the sauce over the fried hammour, then garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
