- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Worcestershire sauce

We caramelize the onions in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil until golden and caramelized.

We slice the beef fillet into thin strips.

In the same pan, we add some olive oil and vegetable oil, then add the beef slices.

When the beef starts to brown, we add the steak seasoning and black pepper and stir well.

After the beef is cooked, we return the caramelized onions to the pan, then add the bell pepper and mushrooms and mix everything together.

We add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt, then stir the mixture until the flavors combine.

We add mozzarella cheese on top of the steak mixture and cover the pan for a few minutes until the cheese melts completely.

We toast the steak bread, place a layer of cheddar cheese inside, then add the hot steak and cheese mixture and close the sandwich.
