دجاج بالكاري
Ingredients

- 0.5ClovesMinced garlic
- 4Psc.Carrot
- 1CupPea
- 3Psc.Green pepper
- 3Psc.Red bell pepper
- 5Psc.Minced tomato
- 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 1PinchSalt
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Curry
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Chicken Stock Powder
- 1CupBasmati rice
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste

Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes and boil them in a saucepan on the fire

In a large saucepan, add a little oil, add the chopped onion and sauté until it wilts and becomes golden in color. Then add the crushed garlic and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the ringed carrots and peas, and stir the ingredients with the onion and garlic.

Add the green pepper and chopped red pepper, and stir for a few minutes.

Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and simmer until the tomatoes have wilted and become a sauce.

Add the spices and capsicum molasses and stir well

Add the large chicken pieces to the pot and stir to combine with the sauce and vegetables.

Cook basmati rice (or whatever kind is available) in the usual way, adding a little salt and oil as it cooks.
