Ingredients
- 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
- 1Psc.Onion
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchThyme
- 1CanCheddar
- 1ClovesGarlic

Slice some onions thinly and season them with salt and black pepper. Cook them on low heat until they turn golden. Cover them occasionally and stir until they become caramelized.

Once the onions are caramelized, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.

In the same pan, sauté some minced garlic for about 2 minutes until it turns golden. Then, add the sliced chicken breasts. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and 1 tablespoon of mustard. Stir everything together until the chicken is fully cooked.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the caramelized onions back into the pan and mix them together.

Add some cheddar cheese (or your preferred type of cheese) on top of the mixture, then cover the pan for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
