Steps

    We soak the pre‑soaked fava beans for 12–24 hours, then drain them.

    We place the fava in a pressure cooker with salt, citric salt, baking soda, paprika, turmeric, minced garlic, and lemon slices, then cover with water.

    We cook under pressure for 30 minutes.

    We add the split fava beans, green lentils, and sauce, then pressure‑cook for another 15 minutes.

    We release the pressure, then stir in cumin, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
