Ingredients

- 2CupYogurt
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 2ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Psc.lemon
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1To TasteRoasted toast
- 1PinchRoasted Nuts
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 1CupMinced parsley

Drain the chickpeas well.

Place the chickpeas in a pot with a little water and cook for 10 minutes until tender.

In a bowl, mix two cups of yogurt with half a cup of tahini.

Squeeze one whole lemon.

Add the crushed garlic, cumin, cayenne, and salt, then mix well.

Add some chickpea blanching water as needed to adjust the consistency.

Cut the bread into small pieces and drizzle with olive oil.

Toast the bread in the oven until golden.

Place the toasted bread on a serving plate and top with the boiled chickpeas.

Add the yogurt and tahini mixture on top of the chickpeas.

Garnish with cumin, capsicum, parsley, and nuts.
