Steps

    First, add the warm milk, yeast, salt, sugar, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1 cup flour. Mix all ingredients together and let them rise for 10-15 minutes. I let mine rise for 30 minutes for better results.

    After that, add the remaining flour (about 1.5 cups), fresh thyme, small cheese cubes, and black olives. Knead the mixture until the dough becomes soft and slightly sticky, which is the secret to the soft texture of the dough.

    Let the dough rise again, then start shaping it as desired or place it in cupcake molds for baking.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden and puffed up.
