- 0.75CupWarm water
- 2To TasteMozzarella
- 2PinchSesame
- 1PinchBlack Seeds

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, baking powder, and powdered milk.

Add the yogurt, oil, and chopped za’atar, and mix well until the ingredients are combined.

Gradually add the warm water and knead until the dough becomes soft and cohesive.

Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Prepare the filling: Grate or chop the chosen cheese and mix it with a little sesame seeds and nigella seeds in a small bowl.

After rising, divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

Roll each ball into a circular disc.

Place a suitable amount of filling in the center of each disc.

Fold the dough tightly around the filling to prevent it from spilling during baking.

Place the pies on a baking tray greased with oil.

Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds.

Preheat the oven to 200–220°C (390–430°F) and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
