We add 4 eggs and 1.5 tablespoons of vanilla to the mixture, and mix well.

We add 5 cups of white flour, ½ tablespoon baking soda, and ½ tablespoon baking powder to the mixture, and mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms.

We add 4 cups of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips to the dough, and mix by hand gently.

We shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly on a tray lined with butter paper.
