Ingredients

- 1Psc.eggs
- 0.25CupMilk
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 25Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5PinchThyme
- 1CupPomegranate molasses
- 1PacketPomegranate
- 1Grams (g) Greek yogurt
- 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Strained Yogurt

We crack the egg into a small bowl, add 0.2 cup of milk, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper, and mix well until combined.

We take a plate and spread 0.5 cup of thyme (za'atar) on it, setting it aside.

We take a slice of toast, dip it into the egg mixture, then coat it with thyme on both sides.

In a pan, we melt 0.2 block of butter, then place the coated toast slice and fry it until it turns golden brown.

We prepare the labneh spread by mixing 1 tablespoon of low-fat Greek yogurt with 1.5 tablespoons of labneh

We place the toasted slice on a serving plate and spread the prepared labneh mixture on it.

We add a second layer of toast (prepared the same way) and spread it with labneh, then garnish with pomegranate molasses and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
