Fried Shrimp

- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1ClovesDried garlic
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1CupFlour
- 2Psc.eggs
- 0.5PacketBreadcrumbs
- 0.5CupPanko bread crumbs

We prepare the shrimp, ensuring it is well-cleaned, deveined, and cut open from the back.

We season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then add the vinegar and mustard, mixing well until evenly coated.

We prepare three plates: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for the mixture of breadcrumbs and panko.

We coat each shrimp first in flour, then dip it in egg, and finally cover it with the breadcrumb and panko mixture.

We repeat the coating process for all the shrimp.

We heat the oil in the deep fryer to a temperature between 160°C and 170°C (320°F–340°F).

We fry the shrimp for 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.

We remove the fried shrimp and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
