  • 1Grams (g) Butter

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Caramel sauce

    Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

    Add vanilla and 1 spoon of sugar to the egg whites.

    Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy.

    Gently add the yolks to the whipped egg whites

    Pour the mixture into a pan greased with butter.
