    We cut the chicken into pieces and season it with salt and black pepper

    In a pan, we add olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they soften, then we add the chicken over high heat to seal in the juices

    We add the vegetables (bell pepper, carrot) and ginger, then cover the pan and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes

    After that, we add the soy sauce and ketchup, leaving it uncovered to thicken slightly, and cook for an additional 3 minutes
