- 200Grams (g) Smoked turkey
- 150Grams (g) Gruyere Cheese
- 30Grams (g) Butter
- 30CupFlour
- 2CupMilk
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Fresh Chives
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)crème fraîche

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the flour to the melted butter and stir until smooth.

Add the paprika, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.

Gradually pour in the milk while stirring constantly until the mixture becomes creamy.

Add the Dijon mustard, crème fraîche, and chives, and mix until the sauce thickens.

Place the brioche slices on a baking tray.

Spread some of the béchamel sauce over each slice.

Add the smoked turkey slices on top.

Cover with another slice of brioche.
