  • 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream

Steps

    Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and olive oil on both sides.

    Heat a pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil, then add the salmon along with the garlic cloves and cook until golden, then set aside.

    In the same pan, add a tablespoon of butter, then add the cherry tomatoes and sauté until they soften slightly.

    Pour in the cooking cream, add fresh basil, salt, and black pepper, and let the mixture simmer until it thickens slightly

    Return the salmon to the pan and let it cook in the sauce for 5-10 minutes, as it doesn't need much time to cook.
