Steps

    We grill the pepper and garlic in the oven.

    Add the cottage cheese, grilled garlic, and grilled pepper to the food processor.

    Add thyme, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the food processor.

    We mix the ingredients well until we reach the consistency shown in the video
