    Dissolve the instant coffee in half a cup of hot water, then add the vanilla.

    Add the powdered sugar and cream cheese to the crushed biscuits.

    Gradually pour the coffee mixture over the biscuit mixture, and knead well until the mixture fully absorbs the liquid and holds together like dough.

    Divide the mixture into small balls.
