Ingredients

  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 1Cuporange juice
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange Zest
  • 0.25PinchSalt
  • 3.5CupFlour
  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1CupYogurt

Steps

    Sift the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy

    Add the oil, then the orange juice, yogurt, and orange zest, and mix well.

    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until smooth and well combined.

    Grease a cake pan with oil and dust it with cocoa powder. Pour the batter into the pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for the first 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180°C

    Continue baking for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
