Chicken Pie with Puff Pastry

Steps

We heat a pan over the stove with olive oil and butter, then add the chopped onion and stir until it softens.

Add the minced garlic and finely chopped celery, stirring until fragrant.

We cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.

Add the chopped chicken and cook until its color changes.

We add the spices and stir the ingredients well until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add the sliced mushrooms and continue stirring until they soften.

We add the parsley and whipping cream and let the mixture cook until it thickens slightly.

We add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and mix well.

We place the puff pastry dough in a baking tray, lift the edges, and stick all the pieces together until there are no gaps, as shown in the video

We evenly spread the filling over the dough, then cover it with pieces of dough as shown in the video

Brush the surface with a mixture of egg yolk, vinegar, and milk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
