Ingredients

  • 500Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Psc.Potato
  • 1Psc.White Onion
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chicken spices

Steps

    Place all the ingredients (chicken, potato, onion, egg, cornstarch, and spices) into a food processor or blender

    Blend until a smooth and well-combined mixture forms.

    Using a spoon or your hands, shape the mixture into small oval or round nuggets.

    In a non-stick pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat.

    Fry the nuggets on both sides until golden and cooked through (about 3–4 minutes per side).

    Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve warm, optionally with ketchup or yogurt dip for kids.
