Chicken Caesar Salad

- 250Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Italian spices
- 1CupOlive oil
- 0.5CupYogurt
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Light Mayonnaise
- 2Cupwater
- 2CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 1PacketDry Caesar Dressing

Remove the edges of the toast bread and cut it into small cubes to make croutons.

Wash the lettuce thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces suitable for a fork

Slice the chicken breast crosswise to ensure even and quick cooking.

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, Italian spices, and a bit of olive oil.

Mix the marinade well to coat the chicken evenly.

Cook the croutons and chicken in the air fryer until they’re golden and fully cooked

After cooking, cut the chicken into your preferred shape for the salad.

To make the sauce, mix half a can of yogurt with the same amount of light mayonnaise and dry Caesar dressing

Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water to thin out the dressing.

Place the mixture in a squeeze bottle and shake well until the sauce is completely smooth.

Place the shredded lettuce on a serving plate.

Distribute the croutons around the lettuce.

Place the cooked chicken pieces on top of the lettuce and croutons.

Cover the salad with the prepared dressing.
