Steps

    Soak the bulgur in water for 15 minutes until it softens.

    Chop the onion and juice the tomatoes

    Put the bulgur in a bowl and add the cilantro, parsley, chopped onion, tomato juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and pomegranate molasses, then mix the ingredients well.

    Place a spoonful of the filling on each grape leaf and roll it tightly.

    Arrange the stuffed grape leaves in a pot, then pour the tomato juice over them.
