- 1Grams (g) Mushroom
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1Psc.Beef Stock
- 1CupMilk
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Psc.Carrot
- 1Psc.Potato
- 1Psc.Broccoli
- 1To TasteZucchini
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1PinchThyme
- 1CupOil
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Demi-glace sauce

Cut the vegetables and mix them with salt, black pepper, cumin, thyme, and 1 tablespoon of oil.

Place the vegetables in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a very hot pan, then sauté the seasoned beef slices (with salt and black pepper) until they are browned on both sides. Once browned, remove them from the pan

In the same pan, add the diced onions, sliced mushrooms, and a piece of butter. Stir them until they soften and take on a golden color.

Add the demi-glace sauce and stir well, then add 1 cup of broth and 1 cup of milk. Stir for 5 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.

Return the meat to the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Once the vegetables are out of the oven, add 1 teaspoon of butter and stir them well

Serve the sautéed vegetables alongside the beef with the sauce, as shown in the video.
