We peel the potatoes and boil them. Once cooked, we mash them and add butter, milk, spices, and salt, then mash well to prepare the filling.

We sauté the ground meat in a little vegetable oil until it changes color. Then, we add the spices and salt, mix well, and return the onion, garlic, vegetables, and tomato paste, stirring to combine.

We cover the pot and cook on low heat until the meat and vegetables are done, for about 10 to 15 minutes.

To prepare the dish in layers, we arrange them as follows: crushed cake, half of the mashed potatoes, the filling, the remaining mashed potatoes, and finally, the crushed cake.

We place it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, using the bottom heat. Then we turn off the bottom heat and switch on the top heat to brown the top for about 5 minutes. Serve it with yogurt or salad.
