Ingredients

- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.5CupPowdered sugar
- 0.5Grams (g) Butter
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Red food coloring
- 2CupCoconut
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2Grams (g) White chocolate
- 2CupMelted Chocolate

Place the softened butter in a bowl and mash it with a spoon until smooth.

Add sifted powdered sugar to the butter and mix well until creamy.

Add half of the sifted flour with baking powder and mix well.

Add the remaining flour until a firm dough forms.

Divide the dough into three equal parts.

Add cocoa powder to the first part and knead well.

Add cocoa and red food coloring to the second part and knead well.

Add coconut and vanilla to the third part and knead well.

Place each dough in a piping bag and shape into fingers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Chill the tray for 15 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes.

Let the biscuits cool completely on a wire rack.

Melt the white chocolate and dip the biscuit ends in it.

Decorate with coconut and sprinkles, then drizzle fine white chocolate lines on top.
