Ingredients

- 1CupCoarse semolina
- 1CupCoconut

- 6Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
- 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1CupCrushed Lotus biscuits

In a bowl, we place a can of yogurt, and using the same can, we add semolina, shredded coconut, sugar, and oil, then mix until the ingredients are well combined

Add (1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon vanilla, and 2 tablespoons Lotus spread) to the mixture, then mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan for 20 minutes until cooked through

In a food processor, we blend 6 pieces of cream cheese, a can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons of Lotus spread until the mixture becomes smooth.

Pour the cream mixture over the basbousa and return it to the oven on top heat only for 8 minutes until the top layer sets.

Garnish with ground Lotus biscuits, then let it cool before serving.
